Alligent Research is an advanced technology development company based in Maryland and located close to NIST, NIH and other federal agencies in the Washington metropolitan region.

Its management has nearly 30 years of R&D experience in academic, corporate and government research laboratories, managing research contracts from DARPA, NIH and other federal agencies, and developing innovative technologies that led to two successful spin-offs.

Alligent Research's principals have developed and deployed innovative telemedicine and telehealth applications for remote monitoring of patients in the ICU, teleconsults between clinicians and midlevel providers, web-based EMRs and portable patient records.

We collaborate with academic researchers and key technology vendors in our research programs.
